Kyle has obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. While pursuing his law degree Kyle participated in two non-competitive moots and the Callaghan Competitive Moot. He also enjoyed organizing sports among his fellow students by serving as the captain of the law volleyball and water polo teams for which he was presented with an award from the University of Toronto Faculty of Kinesiology.

Prior to law school, Kyle completed a degree in Political Science at the University of Ottawa where he developed a love for the ancient philosophers who were the first to turn their advocacy skills into a profession.

While not working to put a roof over his head, Kyle often engages in competitive powerlifting, Magic the Gathering tournaments, and the latest video game releases.
